There have been several of our fishermen and the guides to, ask for some of the recipes I use.  Especially the desserts.  So I thought I would  just pass some of them along.




BARB'S PARLINE FUDGE BROWNIES

One box Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix (21 oz)
Prepare according to package direction for FUDGY brownies.

Pour into prepare 13x9 pan.
Layer with chopped pecan, amount of pecan is up to you.

PARLINE TOPPING
1/2 stick melted butter
1 Tbls light corn syrup
1/4 teas. ground cinnamon
1/4 teas.ground nutmeg
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

Mix together and drizzle over brownie.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.  Cool and cut.
